Assessment

Thepa's approach to assessment is from a holistic perspective. Drawing upon a complimentary set of psychometric tools completed ahead of a typical 3.5 hour f2f or virtual session, it uncovers an individual's behavioural patterns across a range of settings to more accurately predict future behaviour. 

Always bespoke, a profile report can be written to specifically answer any questions you may have such as; potential, fit for role, culture, how they will likely perform as a leader/manager/team member. Performance is benchmarked against a range of leadership skills known to impact on success, now. An insight into their motives and values will go some way towards helping you tap into what will keep your people engaged remotely

Development

Building on deep insight of the individual - their skills, behaviour patterns, knowledge and personality - our coaching sessions focus on areas that will lead to the greatest performance output. Typically a 1.5 hour coaching session follows a developmental assessment; additional sessions can be arranged as needed.

Our aim is to give you the greatest return on investment and value add. We focus on learning to hone and apply strengths as well as acquiring practical, science based developmental techniques to help the individual be the best they can be - in their current role or ahead of their next career step.
